Wig Contract

We are excited that you are purchasing a new ready-to-wear or custom unit from Hair Thierry. This agreement is to ensure you understand that each unit is a custom handmade design made from raw materials and specifications for you.

Custom Order

1. All sales are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for completed custom projects or items purchased as is.

2. In order to ensure client satisfaction on custom orders a full detailed consultation is required. After unit is complete a fitting appointment will be scheduled.

3. At that time of fitting you can request adjustments to the piece in keeping with the intended and desired outcome of the project discussed. Significant changes not part of the original custom design of the original project could result in additional cost or work time.

As is, Ready-to- wear

1. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed on ready to wear items purchased off the shelf or from the online store.

2. No changes or adjustments will be made to Custom Ready-to-Wear items purchased off the shelf or from the online store.

3. If your ready-to-wear item does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us know so that we can advise you on the best course of action in order to remedy the situation.

4. Please discuss with your wig designer if the custom ready-to-wear unit is a good fit for you before purchasing.

5. Significant changes not part of the original custom design of the original project could result in additional cost or work time.

There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges on ready-to-wear (R2W) units. We are not responsible if your measurements are inaccurate. Please make sure you get proper measurements or get help if you need to (refer to sizing chart for accuracy).
There are absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom wig orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled custom wig orders after 24 hours.
If you cancelled a ready-to-wear (R2W) unit order and it has not been shipped you can receive a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to offer solutions for the best outcome. But no refunds, returns or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct wig, wig size and making sure you understand the turnaround time.

**Note: Lace closures and Lace Frontals are delicate materials and require careful handling when wearing and cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to the wig or pieces incurred due to excessive wear and tear on the piece, improper handling, or failure of the client to properly clean and store the pieces. If you have any questions or needing any alterations or repairing on your unit please refer to a professional Wig designer or your stylist.

Our goal is that you enjoy your custom unit. We use the highest quality of hair and color each unit with professional products and color and style with love as if it were our own. Thank you for trusting us and having an open mind through this process.
