Refunds and Returns

RETURN POLICY

• There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges on ready-to-wear (R2W) units. We are not responsible if your measurements are inaccurate. Please make sure you get proper measurements or get help if you need to (refer to sizing chart for accuracy).
• There are absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom wig orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled custom wig orders after 24 hours. 
• If you cancelled a ready-to-wear (R2W) unit order and it has not been shipped you can receive a full refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds, returns or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct wig, wig size and making sure you understand the turnaround time.

Domestic: $25 priority Shipping for all orders are 2-3 business days includes tracking, insurance, and adult signature required

International: $50 7-10 business days, includes tracking, insurance and adult signature required
